2. Julienne(fine)ideal for thin vegetable sticks(e.g. carrots, celery, apples)

3. Julienne (thick)ideal for chunkier vegetable sticks(e.g. cucumbers and radishes)

4. Fine slices: ideal for cucumber salad

5. Coarse slices: ideal for potato slald, vegetable casserole

6. Waffles: ideal for potato or vegetable chips, or waffle-shaped chips

8. Whisk: beat egg whites or cream, or prepare dips

9. Helicopter blade for use in the collecting container with traction function -ideal for onion and garlic
